During the daily use of the plucking machine, it is necessary to maintain the key parts of the machine regularly in order to make the machine more durable.

Here we would like to share with you some tips:

1. Everyday after the plucking work finished, turn off the power and clean the plucking machine with clean water (ATTENTION: DO NOT make any water into the motor and the electric box).
2. Regularly (suggest once every month) put the lubricating grease evenly on each chain and each bearing.
3. Every time when putting the lubricating grease, please check the hexagonal screws on the positioning ring next to each bearing to see if any of them is loose, and tighten all to prevent the roller from shifting.
4. In case you find any rubber finger broken, please replace it with new rubber finger (which are in our regular supply).
