Product features:

3. Low electricity consumption,  about 200 chicken (in weight 1~2kgs of each) can be processed in every 1Kwh electricity consumption, which is 10 times faster than the speed of manual feather removal.
4. Can be also used in cleaning ginger, potatoes, fish and other agricultural products with high efficiency skin removal.

Using guidance:

1. Averagely scalding the poultry animal in hot water (about 70 degree C) for 15 seconds or depends on experiences and trials.
2. About 8 chickens (1~1.5kg per one) could be plucked in one lot by the plucking machine.
3. During the plucking you need to wash away the plucked feather and impurities with water stream (spray gun is better) in the plucker tank.
4. About 1 minute after,  stop the plucker and take out the clean chicken.
