How to use the plucking machine properly

After unpacking, please check all parts of the plucker machine and make sure the screws are all fixed well. Check the turntable in bottom of the plucker and confirm its’ flexibility, or to adjust the rotating belt to get an ideal flexibility of the turntable.
After the machine located, please get the electricity ready with socket.
Please try to make the incision(the cutting area) as small as possible during the poultry slaughtering, this is to prevent the incision torn during the plucking. Before putting into the plucker, the poultry animals should be soaked in 30°C salted warm water to warm their feathers and to avoid the epidermis damaged during the plucking.
Put the warmed poultry body into 75°C hot water for scalding and stir it with a wooden stick to make it evenly scalded.
Put the scalded poultry body into the plucker machine, 1-5 units per time (depends on the weight) is OK.
Turn on the plucker machine. During the operation of the plucking machine, please spray on the poultry body with water (hot water could be better) to help the fallen feathers and dirt a good flowing out together with the water and the water can be used cyclically. Normally in one minute the feathers will be wiped out completely.
